Thomas P. Ivanyi, Managing Member/CEO and Inventor of the iTvTrax Technology
  Tom Ivanyi identified the market demand for broad-based, reliable, and actionable data of television viewership behavior patterns. His vision and market research culminated in the issuance of U.S. Patent No. 6,286,140 on September 4, 2001.

In addition to being an inventor, Tom Ivanyi is currently the EVP and CFO of Wilmington Trust Conduit Services, LLC, a specialty financial services firm. Previously, Tom held senior positions as an investment and commercial banker with over 30 years’ experience in international banking and corporate finance. He has worked as a senior executive with Mitsubishi and Citibank/Citicorp in the United States, Europe, Asia, Hampton Partners Ltd and Brooks, Houghton, & Company, Inc., a merchant and investment banking firm.

In 1989 he co-founded, with John Rudy, Hampton Partners Ltd., a private investment banking firm. Hampton Partner’s capital markets activities were merged into Brooks, Houghton in 1999. In 1986, Ivanyi established and was CEO of Mitsubishi Trust & Banking Corporation (U.S.A.), the first fully-licensed banking subsidiary of a Japanese trust bank in the United States. Prior to that a career spanning 20 years at Citibank included senior positions in corporate and investment banking and corporate strategic planning, with assignments in Belgium, France, India, and Hong Kong.

John P. Rudy, Chairman of the Board
  John Rudy and Tom Ivanyi have worked together for over thirty years in different capacities. Prior to iTvTrax, in 1989, Rudy and Ivanyi co-founded Hampton Partners Ltd., private investment bankers in New York.

Prior to Hampton Partners, John Rudy led the expansion into foreign banking market research and consulting for Greenwich Associates. As a partner for over 11 years, he developed the Greenwich market research programs and advisory business in international banking, wholesale banking in Europe, foreign exchange, international trade services, and banking services to international financial institutions.

At Citibank for more than twenty years, John Rudy held various senior positions in Europe and the U.S., notably as head of corporate planning in the Chairman’s office, and as chief executive establishing the bank’s worldwide financial institutions group. In Europe, he was senior officer in the field in Italy and the Benelux, and senior director in France.

Dr. Rudy holds a B.A., summa cum laude, from DePauw University and M.A. and Ph.D. degrees in international economics and politics from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University.

Gray Lee, Director - Business Development
  Augmenting his current role with iTvTrax, Gray Lee runs his own consulting practice, providing a variety of services including market research and due diligence for a wide range of clients.

Previously, Gray Lee served as Senior Associate with the private investment banking firm of Hampton Partners, Ltd. where his duties included market research, identification of funding sources, and due diligence for a diverse range of clients.

Prior to Hampton Partners, Gray Lee held positions with advertising and television broadcast firms, including the BBC and Bozell Advertising.

In addition, Lee continues his career as a successful voice-over artist – following up on his work originating the voice for Tyco Toy’s “Talking Magic 8-Ball.”

Mr. Lee holds a B.S. from James Madison University.

Suzanne Sherry, Communications Consultant
  Suzanne Sherry brings to iTvTrax a strong background in strategic communications. She has over 12 years of experience in the fields of public relations, marketing communications, and research.

Ms. Sherry sharpened her PR skills at the New York-based strategic communications firm of Robinson Lerer & Montgomery, where she worked on a broad range of business challenges, including corporate positioning, media outreach, crisis management, and more. Throughout her career, Sherry has provided strategic consultancy and communications support to a wide spectrum of industries such as healthcare, Internet commerce, consumer products, fashion, and financial services.

Ms. Sherry holds a B.S. from Cornell University.
